Mitchell and Cameron have tickets for a Lady Gaga concert, but on the morning of the concert, Cam wakes up feeling very sick. Mitchell has a dilemma on his hands, whether to go to the concert without Cameron, or stay at home to nurse him back to health.

While at a job interview, Winston is asked if he saw the J-Wow tweet about the Lady Gaga twitpic. Winston has no idea what any of this means, and sets out to catch up on the pop culture he missed while living in Latvia the previous 2 years.

Joe attemps to make small-talk with Meg, and asks her what a 'Lady Gaga' is, not knowing if it's a person, a soda, etc.
