Born on the Fourth of July (1989)

Hank's dad says that he likes Tom Cruise and that he plays a good cripple in reference to Born on the Fourth of July.

Ari tries to convince Eric and Vince to do 'Aquaman' as a way to get bigger and better roles in the future. He tells them that Tom Cruise did 'Top Gun' before his big role in 'Born on the Fourth of July'.

After burning his foot on his George Foreman Grill, Michael calls a meeting to talk about people with disabilities. He invites Billy Merchant, a man in a wheelchair, to come speak to the office. Michael is disappointed that Billy is able to manuever so well in his wheelchair, and states that he expected Billy to be more like the guy from the movie 'Born on the Fourth of July'.
