Last Holiday (2006)

During Peter and his friends' highjacking of the plane, Peter makes a reference to the film Last Holiday (which happen to be the plane's in-flight-movie) calling it "Queen Latifah on skis". After Peter successfully lands the plane, he, Joe, and Cleveland watch the ending of "Last Holiday" (which is different from the actual ending of the movie) where Queen Latifah's character is shown failing to perform a snowboarding jump via a ramp and getting injured.
