Plot / Description

The commercial shows a young guy (Diggy Simmons) on top of a tall building in a large city (NYC?). He posts something on his phone which appears to be sent out to people's phones in the city. When people (a woman, then two men) receive it, they start listening to (and liking) the song he sent.
