This commercial shows how easy it is to use all the other features of the iPhone while you are still on a voice all... but only with AT&T's network.

Voiceover

Say you're on a call and your friend wants to know "What time's the movie?" - you can tell him. And if your friend asks, "Where's the theater?" - you can show him. And if your friend says, "Want to grab sushi afterwards?" - you can do that too. 
Great, on my way. 
All without ever leaving the call. Can your phone and your network do that?
