Cleveland takes the lead in cleaning up the troubled local high school. To earn money, he organizes kids to sell cookies, but the kids start selling drugs instead. When a rival gang steals the kids supplies and takes over their territory, Cleveland takes matters into his own hands to protect his cookie business and end up stealing a duffel bag full of drugs from the gang members.
