This was a two part episode.

Nick, the IT guy in the office, makes a joke that Pam shouldn't wait much longer to go to the hospital because if she waits too long, the baby will become a teenager and keep her awake all the time with it's loud rock music. Michael is annoyed with Nick's attempt at humor and calls him a nerd. He tells Nick "Don't get revenge on me, nerd!".

Angela and Dwight are preparing a contract for conceiving a baby together. Dwight wants to be referred to as Morpheus in the contract.

Dwight and Angela are deciding on names for their yet-to-be-conceived baby, and Angela refuses to allow Dwight to choose any Star Trek names.

This song is played for commercials advertising the episode of The Office in which Jim and Pam finally have their baby.

Pam wants to get to the hospital after midnight, but her contractions are coming too soon. Michael says, "too bad you didn't have sex 7 and a half hours later, but you had to have afternoon delight."

Pam says she does not want the first song her baby hears to be from the 8 Mile soundtrack.

Kevin says he is currently cooking his way through the Twilight cookbook.

Kevin says he has already cooked his way through Julia Child's cookbook.
