Cold Case: Metamorphosis / Season: 7 / Episode: 14 (2010)

The team re-investigates the 1971 death of a young circus performer when new evidence indicates the girl was dead before the accident that supposedly killed her took place. Meanwhile, Lilly comes under investigation by Internal Affairs after Moe Kitchener, the man who tried to kill her, is found murdered outside a bar. 
 
The victim is seen by her godfather at the circus.
