May 7, 2001
A big storm has destroyed the fence that separates Doug and Carrie's backyard from their annoying neighbors. The neighbors think the new openness is wonderful, but Doug and Carrie are anxious to get the fence rebuilt to get their privacy back, which of course, the neighbors find offensive. To retaliate, the neighbors install an above ground pool, which is taller than the new fence that Doug and Carrie built.
Carrie takes legal action to have the pool removed, but Doug has discovered how refreshing the cool water is during a summer heat wave.
