The first of the Jack Donaghy hallucinations (due to a gas leak in the building, everyone is hallucinating) tells the real Jack that in his parallel universe, he is more successful, bragging that he had a guest appearance on the show 'Entourage'.

Paul tells Jess that "sex is the bomb", then immediately apologizes for sounding like one of the guys from 'Entourage'.

Abed lists several movies and television shows.

In order to get the stuffed dog back from the kid at the carnival who won it fair and square, Ethan lets the kid drive the ambulance around the parking lot. After the kid is sidetracked by his girlfriend in the back, Ethan tells him, "Focus on the road, 'Entourage'.", a reference to the kid looking like Vincent Chase on 'Entourage'.

Liz addresses the crowd of idiots, scolding them, saying "Because of you, there may be an 'Entourage' movie.". After Liz says this, the idiot crowd starts chanting "Turtle! Turtle! Turtle!" (Turtle is a character from Entourage).

There is a discussion about Seth Green and his talent, or according to a few of the characters, his lack of talent in this episode. They argue over the different television shows and movies Seth Green has taken part in, listing 'Entourage' as one of his more successful ventures, because he was playing himself in the series.

After finding out that Dave's father is dating Penny's mother, Penny starts calling Dave "little bro". Dave is fed up with the whole thing and tells Penny to stop calling him 'Little bro' because she's not Johnny Drama (a character from the series 'Entourage').

Frank tells Liz about television shows that were cancelled, but brought back by the fans. He tells Liz that the fans of 'Entourage' sent in a bunch of douchebags in an attempt to get the show back on the air.

Michael makes reference to the television show "Entourage" when he suggests that he and Dwight "hug it out bitch" to make up with each other.

Now that Krusty has moved his show to HBOWTIME, he says that his new interns are the actors from 'Entourage'. One of the interns is voiced by the 'Entourage' character Johnny Drama.

Tom compares his opinions on girlfriends to what they say about girls on Entourage - they're cazy.

Peter tells Tom Tucker that he is qualified to be his agent because he has seen every episode of 'Entourage'.

Toby is shown, in a hospital bed in Costa Rica, watching Entourage in Spanish.
