Since becoming a grim reaper, Georgia has become quite friendly with Betty, the wildly glamorous co-reaper. But when the dazzling Betty becomes too curious about what lives on the other side of the undead, Georgia learns yet another difficult lesson: Even in the afterlife, friends are hard to keep. Meanwhile, Mason reaps an old woman and spends some time with her while awaiting the time to send her to the afterlife in order to loot her personal savings. Elsewhere, George continues dealing with the overly cheerful and obnoxious Delores at Happy Time to whom she invents a new persona for herself in order to try to find a direction to her current afterlife.
