Guilty over not having helped Parker, Veronica pursues the Hearst serial rapist by going undercover at the Theta Beta sorority during rush week. Parker's parents arrive, intending to take her home. Wallace and Logan participate in a guard/prisoner experiment for sociology class. On the night she was raped, Parker was taken back to her dorm room by a resident assistant because she was too intoxicated to get back herself. Veronica also learns that someone from Theta Beta could have had access to the keys to Parker's dorm room.

The stresses of going to a wedding with Richard and Barb are multiplied by Christine's agreeing to be designated driver, depriving her of some much-needed alcohol.

Casey has a job interview and without telling anyone her borrows a leather jacket that gives bad luck to anyone who wears it. Everyone then recalls all thier bad expieriances with the jaket, even Be, who once dropped a blanket on the New York Yankee Nick Swisher when he was about to catch a fly ball.

Ari's former assistant Josh, now a competing agent, woos Vince and the boys at a wild Malibu beach party. Drama ponders an alternate career in the food-service industry; Eric puts Emily in a compromising position; and Turtle rankles Gary Busey at an art opening.

In the episode, Michael takes it upon himself to teach Ryan about business, but soon everyone is forced to evacuate the office due to a fire. While outside, Michael continues to show an interest in Ryan, causing Dwight to be jealous. Meanwhile, Jim organizes games to play outside.

Vince and his entourage receive news that Queens Boulevard will be receiving a nationwide release. Ari must compromise with a rival to avoid threats from a group of aggressive agents. Drama is nervous about an important audition and begins to take his anger out on everyone.

K&A are persuading a boy band D'ream Out Loud to re-sign a contract with CMG label. There are two break-ups in this episode: Jeannie with Seth (because he used her as an advantage in mayoral campaign without her consent) and Tess with Doug (because he hasn't called her for several days after a TED talk).
