Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami follows Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian Odom as they leave Los Angeles to open D-A-S-H Miami, a follow up to their store in Calabasas. As well as D-A-S-H, the show features Khloé's radio show at Y100, 'Khloé After Dark', co-hosted by Terrence J and the day-to-day lives of the duo.

The show takes place in New York City and focuses on Will Truman, a gay lawyer, and his best friend Grace Adler, a straight Jewish woman who runs her own interior design firm. Also featured are their friends Karen Walker, a bisexual rich socialite, and Jack McFarland, a struggling gay actor/singer/dancer/waiter.

The film tells the story of Ben Braddock, a recent university graduate with no well-defined aim in life, who is seduced by an older woman, Mrs. Robinson, and then falls in love with her daughter Elaine.
