The commercial begins with an employee leaving a Best Buy store for the night and walking to his car. As he closes his car door to drive away, one of the smart phones has a video of Bugs Bunny. The song "Shout" then starts playing, and we see lots of different cell phones, mobile phones, and smart phones "partying". Some of the phones have guitars, drum sets, and pianos on their screens. Others have music visualizations and one has the famous dancing baby from the 90s. Bugs Bunny is shown dancing on a phone screen next to a phone with a video of a mirror ball. Other phones are "mingling" like they are at a party trying to get phone numbers. Another video shows Will Ferrel shouting, "We're going streaking!" and then a bunch of YouTube clips of people running out (in less than full clothing) onto sports fields are shown. At the end, one of the phones plays the sound and video of a police siren, and it becomes quite. The phone they texts "Just Kidding" and laughs and everything starts up again.
