Donna's show-off and bossy sister, Janet, and her unruly children come to town to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Browns. Cleveland, still bruised by their past, wants nothing to do with her this Thanksgiving and attempts to drive her out. However, his plan backfires when Janet and Holt fall in love and run away to Las Vegas to elope, saddling Cleveland and Donna with the responsibility of Janet's kids. Donna, Cleveland and the kids immediately head to Vegas to confront Janet and save their family Thanksgiving. While in Vegas, Rallo and Cleveland Jr. stumble upon a winning slot machine and find a woman of age to cash it in for them in exchange for an "escort" to dinner.

To that end, she visits Heylia James, who is not happy to see Nancy again.

Dev runs into Ravi (Ravi Patel) at an audition and they discuss how the majority of roles they audition are for accented, stereotypical Indians. After auditioning for a sitcom called 3 Buddies. Dev accidentally receives an email thread from the producer saying they can cast only one Indian and includes a racist remark. The producer tries to apologize by treating Dev to a Knicks game and visiting a VIP area. Still upset, Dev begins to involve an Indian advocacy group. However, the producer dies and the replacement producer goes with a Perfect Strangers concept.

Maria meets hunky Jack at a party and the only way she can keep him interested is to speak to him in a sultry voice as "Diane".

Pam interviews for a job in Philadelphia, but her potential manager gives her deja vu. Dwight acquires the help of Angela in order to clean his elderly Aunt Shirley.

One of Lois' relatives passes away, leaving Lois and the rest of the family her posh summer mansion in a will. However, when Peter becomes convinced that he is rich and ultimately bids $100 million at a charity auction, he attempts to convince the landowners his house is valuable enough to trade instead. After several futile attempts to "prove" that Cherrywood Manor has enough historical value to cover the bid, Peter makes up with Lois and uncovers a set of hidden photographs which show several prominent American figures (including Abraham Lincoln, Robert E. Lee, and Ulysses S. Grant) at Cherrywood Manor, which was a whorehouse at the time. This discovery allows Peter to buy back his home after selling the pictures to the tabloids. Afterwards, Peter decides that he does not care what Lois' relatives think of him, calling them "a bunch of pimps and whores".

In a spoof of the movie Poltergeist, the Smith home is haunted by Francine's unsatisfied sexual drive, so it is up to Roger - as medium Ruby Zeldastein - to eliminate the ghost. In the mean time, Hayley introduces the family to her younger boyfriend, Mauricio.

After Brian decides he does not want to be around Stewie anymore, Stewie tries to save their friendship by impregnating himself with Brian's DNA. Meanwhile, Peter, Joe, Quagmire, and Cleveland attempt to make a viral internet video.

Charlie's boyhood dream and Hank's worst nightmare come true when Sam invites them on a ride-along in a Santa Monica Police Department car to research his film role. The ride soon becomes a joyride, which turns sexually awry for Charlie. Thanks to Tyler, Bates drinks excessively at a Venice restaurant, but Hank and the guys arrive to save the day for Karen and Becca. Tyler mentions that he recognizes Sam from somewhere, causing realizations for some and trouble for Hank.

Vince and the entourage head to Las Vegas for a vacation and for Vince to make a special promotional appearance for $100,000. Seth Green repeatedly harasses Eric about Sloan. Drama misleads a masseur after showering him with compliments.

Brian's ex-girlfriend Jillian is getting married. Brian starts dating The Hills star Lauren Conrad and media begins raving their relationship. Brian is starting to think they are the perfect match, but notices that he still has feelings for Jillian.
