Also known as "The Peanuts Theme" or "Jazz Impressions of a Boy Named Charlie Brown", this song is played in the intro do all Peanuts films and TV specials created prior to 1979.

When the guys find Joe's dad, Peter must pretend to be Joe when he learns Joe's father hates handicapped people. Meanwhile, Stewie learns he will grow up to be only 5'1".

Stewie is blamed for urinating all over the house; however, it is actually Brian who is responsible; after urinating on the carpet once more overnight, Stewie is blamed. The next morning, Peter decides to potty train Stewie, with little success. When the family goes to the local supermarket to buy groceries, Brian urinates in the checkout line, revealing to the family that Stewie is innocent. The family attempts to counsel Brian with therapy, where Brian's psychiatrist Dr. Kaplan believes that he is having a mid-life crisis. Brain attempts to entertain himself by exploring the world, but upon returning home, Stewie gets revenge on Brian and frames him by urinating all over the living room. Brian is falsely accused and the family return him to Dr. Kaplan to find the true cause. After revealing that his most recent accident happened after watching Lois and Peter engaging in a water fight on the car, Dr. Kaplan informs Brian that he is most likely in love with Lois. After discussing the situation, both agree to remain friends. Afterwards, Brian decides to live life to the fullest by golfing with Peter on the local golf course.

There is a DVD sale, and Peter picks up Road House. After a conversation with Brian, Peter decides to take the lessons learned from the movie, and start kicking people to solve his problems. After getting in an accident due to steering his car by kicking the steering wheel, Peter rear-ends a pretty young girl. Brian ends up asking her our, but when he goes to pick her up, she is already out on a date with someone else. Instead, Brian ends up going out with her mom, Rita. They end up getting engaged, but everyone (eventually including Brian) thinks she is too old for him. They end up breaking up because Brian cheats on her with some random girl from a bar.

Leslie throws Ben a birthday bash but is forced to leave early for an emergency late-night filibuster. Tom tries to make some memories with his new girlfriend, Ron and Donna go hunting, and April reconnects with Andy.

When Claire takes Manny and Luke along to Alex's academic decathlon for the weekend, Phil attempts to throw together a boys' night at the house, inviting a fellow Bullfrog alum he just met; Meanwhile, the pressure is on for Alex at the decathlon; Manny and Luke bar mitzvah hop at the hotel trying to find a cute girl; Cam and Mitch arrange for quite the surprise baby gift for Jay and Gloria

Moe's bar rag (voiced by Jeremy Irons) takes the surly bartender on a journey through time to show Moe how influential his bar has been over the years.

Claire and Phil embarrass Haley when they drop her off at college; Manny makes Gloria and Jay take a class; Lily gets into a tussle on her first day of kindergarten.

"First Step (Piano)" This commercial begins in a classical concert hall / theater. On stage is Schroeder, the Peanuts character by Charles M. Schulz, with his tiny grand piano. It features Schroeder playing the Star Spangled Banner on the piano in the middle of the football field, and all the Peanuts gang gathers around to enjoy it. "Lucy (of the Peanuts Gang)" This commercial features Lucy and Charlie Brown from the Peanuts cartoons/movies. It features the running gag of Lucy offering to hold a football for Charlie Brown to kick, but at the last second, she pulls it away causing him to fall. This commercial uses this same joke, but they replace a giant pistachio nut for the football. When Lucy pulls the nut away, Charlie Brown cracks his head on it which is how Lucy cracks the shell off.
