This 2016 Super Bowl ad shows people from across the world telling themselves, "I can do this" while playing various Pokemon games. A young boy sees a Pokemon battle in the streets and decides to start training on his own by running. A girl sees the boy training and decides to train by playing multiple people in chess at the same time. A guy watching a video of the girl also gets inspired and pushes himself on the football field (Notice the numbers on the football jerseys show [19] and [96]. 1996 was the release date of the first Pokemon video game.) A guy in Japan sees the football player on a billboard and decides he can also do it. He brings a Pokeball into a stadium and battles 3D computer simulated Pokemon as the crowd cheers him on. Finally, a dad and his young son are sitting on the couch. The little boy is playing a Pokemon video game and the dad whispers, "You can do this."
Easter Eggs:
* Joey - the boy in the yellow shirt and blue shorts is a reference to Joey from Pokemon Gold & Silver
* Color combinations: Red & Blue
* Joey sees a Pokemon (out of site) in the crowd breathing fire which likely represents Charizard
* Joey runs by a black truck like the one Mew was found under
* The TV shows "Learn to Surf" next to the code "HM03" which is the move that lets a Pokemon move across water
* The TV shows "Kanto Stock Report" with Kanto begin a region in the Pokemon games
* The TV shows "Route 12 Blockage" which is likely a reference to Snorlax blocking the road
* The TV shows "Rare Fossils" which likely reference the rare fossils found at Mt. Moon
* One of the chess pieces is shaped like Nidoking
* The footballs jerseys show "20" which is a reference to the 20th anniversary, and "19" next to "96". 1996 was the original release date of the first Pokemon game
* The football helmets have the Volcano badge from Cinnabar Island on them
* A lyric from the Pokemon anime theme song is over the door in the locker room (Like no one ever was)
* In the Japan scene one of the signs shows "Moomoo Milk" which is one of the healing drinks from Gold & Silver
* A Rare Candy level-up item is also on one of the signs
* Then we see the obvious Pokeball and Pokemon characters in the stadium
* There is a Pikachu next to the boy on the couch with his dad
I can do this.

One, two, three! We can do this.
I can do that.
