The commercial shows a bottom of Powerade Ion 4 and the various electrolyes that is contains from a periodic table. It then shows various men and women playing sports or training hard for sports such as football players with tackling dummies, a woman boxer using a punching bag, a guy practicing basketball, soccer players running drills, basketball players jumping for the ball, a baseball pitcher, football players practicing, a baseball player at batting practice, a guy slam dunking a basketball, a guy running up bleachers with a punching bag on his back.
