Adam, a 27-year-old man who is otherwise in excellent health, is suddenly diagnosed with cancer. He breaks the news to his girlfriend, his best friend and his mother, who is also dealing with her husband who has Alzheimer's disease. Each deals with the news and subsequent treatment in different ways. In the middle of it all, Adam also seeks therapy from a young and inexperienced therapist, assigned to him by the hospital, and befriends several older, wisecracking chemotherapy patients.

Mr. Reliable tells the true story of Wally Mellish, an ex-convict in 1960s Australia. Just released from prison, all he wants to do is live a quiet life with his girlfriend Beryl. A misunderstanding, quickly gets out of control, when two police officers pay him a visit, resulting in Wally, Beryl and her child being trapped in their house. Surrounded by armed police, the community is under the impression that Wally is holding everyone hostage. Events quickly spiral into a media circus as, through the siege, Wally - inadvertently - manages to become a symbol for the anti-war movement.

Brooklyn car salesman Joey O'Brien must deal with the ever-increasing pressures in his life: he has an ex-wife demanding alimony, a daughter who's missing, a married mistress and a single mistress who are both desperately in love with him, and a two-day deadline to either sell 12 cars or lose his job. In addition, he has an outstanding loan to a Mafia Don which he must either quickly repay, or lose his life.

This romantic fantasy is told through the viewpoint of the children in the story, the adults playing only supporting roles. Daniel Latimer befriends the troublesome Ornshaw. One day, Daniel falls in love with Melody Perkins (Tracy Hyde) and they announce to their parents that they want to get married. Not sometime in the future, but now. However the adults, parents and teachers, alike try to dissuade them. Ornshaw also doesn't like this because he feels that Melody is taking away his friend. But later on, Ornshaw and other classmates help the young couple. They reunite in a far place to marry the couple but the teachers follow them and try to stop it. The children go wild and make a car explode. Melody and Daniel run away in a handcar down the railway line with Ornshaw's help.

Sasha travels outside the gates of Alexandria, taking with her framed family portraits she found in Alexandria to use as target practice. Feeling desolate, she wanders further into the woods, mumbling to herself for the walkers to "come and get" her. Meanwhile, Rick, Carol, and Daryl meet privately in the woods to discuss retrieving weapons from the armory in Alexandria, should they need them at short notice. They kill a walker and discover a mysterious "W" carved into its forehead. While out hunting, Daryl encounters Aaron, who is also out hunting. The duo try to catch a wild horse but are attacked by walkers, and the horse is killed. Sasha returns to Alexandria unscathed and requests to be a lookout in the bell tower, but her request is rejected by Deanna, who feels there is no need for a lookout for the time being. That evening, Deanna holds a welcoming party for Rick's group at her house, where Rick is introduced to Deanna's husband Reg and Jessie's husband Pete. Sam stamps Rick's hand with the letter "A". Daryl is unwilling to attend the party and is invited to Aaron's house, where he, Aaron, and Eric eat a meal together. Aaron shows Daryl a workshop filled with motorcycle parts, says he's welcome to rebuild a bike, and persuades him to become a "recruiter" for Alexandria. With everyone else still at the party, Carol sneaks into the armory and loads up with weapons, but is confronted by Jessie's son, Sam. Carol threatens to have him killed if he tells anyone what he saw. At the party, Sasha lashes out at a guest over her superficial concerns and storms out. The next day, Deanna finally allows Sasha to be a lookout in the bell tower, while Rick, Carol, and Daryl meet again in the woods. Daryl declines a weapon from Carol, as he believes the residents of Alexandria are harmless, while Rick takes a handgun. Upon their reentry into Alexandria, Rick passes Jessie and Pete and examines the "A" on his hand.

When Peter finds he cannot perform his manly duties, he enlists Quagmire and Joe to help him get his mojo back.

Moe's homemade alcohol pings the radar of venture capitalists, Grandpa gets hurt at home and finds Bart takes better care of him than the nursing home staff does, and Lisa complains about the "exploitation" of her dead jazz mentor Bleeding Gums Murphy after he 'performs' at a concert as a projected image.

Martha's (Hayley Atwell) boyfriend Ash (Domhnall Gleeson) is killed before she learns she is pregnant by him. A friend signs her up, without her permission, for a beta test of software that scans Ash's heavy Internet activity (forum posts, social media accounts) and produces a facsimile of Ash that communicates via email and appears to pass a Turing test though it fully acknowledges Ash is dead. By uploading videos it becomes able to communicate with her via telephone and it tells her of an experimental process to produce a synthetic flesh android facsimile of Ash. She pays for this, interacts with it and even uses it for sex, but she finds that it does not act like Ash did, such as obeying literally her orders to leave during a fight, and even getting ready to obey her orders to jump off a cliff. Several years later Martha's daughter takes her birthday cake up to the attic where the Ash simulacrum resides even though it is not time for the weekly visit, just so she can eat an extra slice of cake herself.

After a series of high-profile cases lead Sherlock to fame, Moriarty launches a simultaneous heist on the Tower of London, Bank of England and Pentonville Prison using just a few lines of code that can break any security; crimes for which he allows himself to be captured and put on trial. He secures a not-guilty verdict through blackmailing the jury and visits Sherlock, explaining he still intends to "burn" him, taunting him with a "final problem" for him to solve. Soon afterwards, Moriarty arranges for the kidnapping of the children of an American ambassador, who are terrified of Sherlock once he has them rescued. This, in conjunction with the ease with which Sherlock solves the case, leads to Sherlock becoming a suspect. Sherlock escapes arrest, and soon learns Moriarty is under the alias of an actor hired by Sherlock, and has seeded the press with a story of Sherlock being a fraud. The two meet on the roof of a hospital, where Moriarty explains that assassins will kill John, Mrs. Hudson and Lestrade if Sherlock does not commit suicide; he wants Sherlock to do this to cement his story after explaining that his "god code" was a myth. After a tense conversation, in which Moriarty realises the two are enough alike that Sherlock would be willing to do anything to Moriarty to get him to call off the assassins, Moriarty kills himself to force Sherlock to do the same. Sherlock calls John and "confesses" to being a fraud (which John refuses to believe). John pleads for him to come down. Sherlock states his final "Goodbye" and then steps off the roof, leading to his vilification by the press. John and Mrs. Hudson meet alone at Sherlock's grave to say their goodbyes; the final seconds show Sherlock watching from afar, having faked his death. Inspired by the short story "The Final Problem". The title alludes to the Reichenbach Falls, where Sherlock and Moriarty supposedly fall to their deaths in the original story.

Mycroft hires Sherlock and John to retrieve compromising photos of a minor royal, which are held on Irene Adler's (Lara Pulver) camera phone, a ruthless and brilliant dominatrix who also trades in classified information extracted from her rich and powerful clients. Sherlock obtains Adler's phone, but discovers it is booby-trapped and requires a code to disarm it. When Adler discovers that the CIA are on her trail, she disappears and is then apparently killed, only to reappear to ask John to get her camera phone back from Sherlock. Weeks later when the coast is clear, Adler tricks Sherlock into deciphering a coded message on her phone which she obtained from another well-connected client. She sends the message to Moriarty, who in turn uses it to foil a British counter-terror operation. She almost succeeds in blackmailing Mycroft, but Sherlock finally cracks the password for the phone, leaving Adler without the protection she needs to survive. The episode concludes as Mycroft tells John that she has been killed by a terrorist group in Pakistan. This is also untrue: Sherlock helped her escape when she was on the brink of death. Based on the short story "A Scandal in Bohemia".

As he is driving away, Stewie exclaims, "What the hell! He's getting his own show?" On the way to California, they decide to stop in Cleveland's hometown of Stoolbend, Virginia. While visiting his old school he runs into his high school sweetheart, Donna Tubbs. They are invited to stay with Donna where they meet her children Rallo (a 5-year old ladies man), and Roberta (a troubled high school student), and her neighbors Lester (a sterotypical redneck), Holt (a short yuppie who still lives with his mother), Tim (a talking bear), and Federline Jones (Roberta's boyfriend). After helping Donna's children solve some of their problems, Donna tells Cleveland she and her children need a man in their lives. Unfortunately she was talking about getting back together with her ex, Robert. Upset, Cleveland leaves early to continue the trip to California, but C Jr. persuades his father to turn around a pursue his love. He confesses his love to Donna and they get married.

This commercial begins with a group of friends playing charades. A man starts acting out a movie, but in the middle of it, he collapses from a heart attack. At first everyone thinks he is acting out his charades topic, but when they realize something is wrong they don't know what to do. Out of nowhere, the Bee Gees famous song, Stayin' Alive starts playing, and two young blonde women come out. Their shirts say, "Call 911", and "Push Hard and Fast", and they start doing what their shirts say. The first girl dials 911 for an emergency, and the second girl starts CPR pushing in time to the disco song. Again, out of nowhere, Ken Jeong (known from [The Hangover] and NBC's [Community], but is also a real licensed M.D.) comes out and starts talking. The idea of the commercial is to let people know what to do in case someone has a heart attack. Doing chest compressions to the beat of Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees can help save a life.
