"Model Britain" This commercial shows the life of people in a model world - a literal small-scale model world like from a model railroad. The commercial begins with real-sized people walking past a model neighborhood, and once everyone is gone, the models come to life. The cars bring people home from the airport. A fisherman gets off his boat, and walks home from the dock. (Real) Sprinklers come on, and everyone walks around with an umbrella like it's raining. The trains run, and the streets are filled with traffic as people try to get home to their families after work. Among the model people, a life sized squirrel runs around the street, and real-world sized leaves fall down bigger than any of the models. Maria 'Mary' Fiore is a San Francisco wedding planner. She is too consumed with planning others' events to worry about her own personal life until she is saved from a nasty accident by Dr. Steve Edison. Mary and Steve spend a wonderful evening in the park, watching an old movie (Two Tickets To Broadway), dancing and nearly kissing before being interrupted by an untimely rain shower. After glowing to her friends that she had finally found a man that she likes, she soon learns that Edison is engaged to her biggest client Fran Donolly. After the revelation, Mary is reunited with a childhood friend Massimo who asks her to marry him; after a slight hesitation, Fiore uses a Scrabble board to spell "OK". Mary reaches the altar with Massimo, but their wedding is halted by her father who knows she is not truly in love with the groom-to-be. Meanwhile, Fran and Steve's wedding fails (due to their own doubts about marriage) and Steve rushes to city hall to try to stop Mary and Massimo's wedding himself. With help from Massimo, Steve finds Mary and asks her to dance at the park where they first met and fell in love.

The Music for UNICEF Concert: A Gift of Song was a benefit concert of popular music held in the United Nations General Assembly in New York City on January 9, 1979. It was intended to raise money for UNICEF world hunger programs and to mark the beginning of the International Year of the Child. The concert was videotaped and broadcast the following day on NBC in the U.S. and around the world. The moderator was David Frost, with Gilda Radner and Henry Winkler also introducing some of the performers. Henry Fonda made a short appearance. Each performer signed a large parchment declaring support for UNICEF's goals. The concert was the idea of impresario Robert Stigwood, the Bee Gees, and David Frost, who originally conceived it as an annual event. Not all of the performances were truly live, with ABBA lip-synching their new song "Chiquitita" and the Bee Gees lip-synching their song Too Much Heaven. It raised less than one million dollars at the time for UNICEF, although this figure did not include longer-term royalties from the songs and repeat performances.

After Phil (1) knocks over Phil (2)'s lamp, Phil (2) kicks Phil (1) out of town for good. Carol drives out in search of Phil (1) and decides to stay with him and to start a new life together somewhere other than Tucson. Phil (1) alludes to having a brother and the final shot is an astronaut with the name "Miller" in the International Space Station, calling for assistance from Houston.

Finding himself in debt to Sam for Tyler's beating, Hank finishes writing Sam's film script. Later, as he tries again to leave for New York, Sam asks him to take Kali out on the town. Tyler recovers from his injuries at Karen and Becca's. Marcy and Stu leave little Stuart with Charlie when they go out, and Charlie pays too much attention to new nanny, Lizzie.

In the episode, Michael, Pam and Ryan try to get their new paper company off the ground, but end up bickering among themselves due to the stress and cramped office space. Meanwhile, Jim tries to do a "rundown" for new boss Charles Miner without admitting he does not know what a rundown is, while Dwight and Andy compete for the affections of the new receptionist.

The discovery of nine human skulls leads the team back to the serial killer George Marks, whom they were unable to incriminate months earlier and, as the detectives re-investigate his mother's 1972 murder, he emerges from hiding to face Det. Rush one-on-one. Lilly sees George (as the young victim and not adult killer) and his mother looking down from a window. George's victims are not seen.

Sister Augustine, a nun, arrives at the hospital with her hands covered in rash, but House quickly dismisses the case after treating with antihistamines, suspecting an allergic reaction, to dish soap. However, she has an asthma attack and House administers epinephrine, causing her heartbeat to increase. House's team suspects that House made a mistake, but when they try to find the source of her problems, she suffers convulsions and a rash appears on her leg. Cuddy pulls House off of the case when she hears of House's methodology. An investigation of the convent reveals figwort tea, which caused the reaction with the epinephrine, but the Sister's original symptoms are still unexplained. When she is placed in a hypoallergenic room and still has an allergic reaction, but her shouts that she has God inside her allow House to find a copper IUD inside Sister Augustine's uterus, which she is allergic to. The device is surgically removed and she fully recovers.
