The Year is 1924. Tommy Shelby has finally set to marry; to none other than Grace Burgess. The wedding goes off without a hitch; but Tommy warns his gang not to invoke any fighting during the reception party, which is being held at a stately home in Liverpool - and which Grace's relatives will be attending. Meanwhile, Tommy is angered to discover that a Russian oligarch, with whom he had been brokering a deal on behalf of Winston Churchill, has gatecrashed his party intending to get the ball rolling. Having agreed to steal arms and munitions to sell to the Russian Army, Tommy is told that a courier carrying the $10,000 he has been paid for the deal will be arriving later that night. However, Tommy is concerned when the oligarch fails to use the correct code name for the operation, and on the orders of Churchill, who said 'anyone who uses the wrong code name is a traitor', asks Arthur to execute him. Tommy meets with the courier and collects the money; and Arthur executes the oligarch, while out in the grounds of the wedding reception, Tommy and Grace's relatives have finally come to blows. The oligarch's body is burnt to ashes and his bones and rings buried. Back in Birmingham, Tommy pockets the money from the courier and confirms with Polly that the robbery is going to go ahead.

The Robshaws get to grips with the home life and food of the 1990s and start the decade delighting in the vast quantities of food now available from around the globe - but soon realise there are definite downsides to the drive towards cheaper and cheaper food of previous years. Giles Coren and food historian Polly Russell introduce them to the culinary treats of the era, from bagged salad and cook-in sauces to organic veg boxes and the gastro pub.[4]

Widow Norma Bates and her 17-year old son, Norman move from Arizona to White Pine Bay, Oregon, where they buy a rundown motel after Norman's father's sudden death. Norma intends to reopen the motel in an attempt to build a new life for Norman and herself. Norman befriends popular local girl, Bradley Martin. The former owner of the motel, Keith Summers, breaks into the house and rapes Norma. Norman arrives and knocks him out; Norma murders him. The duo dump the body in the bay harbor. Norman finds a sketchbook full of drawings that show women being tortured. Similarly, a woman is seen drugged and chained somewhere unknown.

Derek overindulges at his 50th birthday party. A rebellious teenage thief doing community service at the home discovers the power of self-respect.

Mac asserts control over the new incarnation of News Night and enlists a beautiful and brainy on-air economist, Sloan Sabbith, to do a nightly segment. Jim takes the fall for a Maggie mistake when doing the prep work for a report on SB 1070; Charlie forbids Reese from continuing his furtive meeting with Will; a long-festering breakup secret gets out.

Dwight installs a Doomsday device that will fire employees if they make too many mistakes in order to help efficiency.

Horatio and his team must track down a serial killer who attempts to kill a woman who narrowly escapes death.

The team investigates the 1999 death of a young man, a member of a prep school debate team, whose death had been considered a suicide. The victim is seen by his father at their apartment.

House begins a detox program at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital to get the vicodin out of his system in an attempt to control his hallucinations. House being House, he tries to fool the doctors by not taking his medicine pretending he is getting better, but soon realizes that he has deep underlying issues. He starts his treatment and plans to leave the facility once he is clean, but he is strong-armed into staying by his attending physician, Dr. Darryl Nolan. Dr. Nolan agrees to write a recommendation to reinstate House's medical license only if House agrees to further treatment. When House is moved to a new ward in the hospital, he develops a close relationship with his new roommate, Alvie, and Lydia, a frequent visitor who helps House bend the rules. House asks Alvie to help him uncover incriminating information about Dr. Nolan that would allow him to blackmail his way out of the treatment center and convinces Lydia to loan him her car to sneak out a delusional patient in an attempt by House to undermine Dr. Nolan's course of treatment. But when devastating events ensue, House is humbled into reluctantly accepting help.

Vince gets a taste of the fashion world when he agrees to do a Dolce & Gabbana photo shoot with a supermodel. Ari pays his respects at a funeral, and winds up getting offered the chance to head the movie studio Warner Bros.

After rashly breaking up with Stella, Ted is involved in a car accident. He re-evaluates his life and relationship with Stella, who didn't realize she had been dumped. Surrounded by Marshall, Lily, and Robin, Stella then dumps him. Meanwhile, Barney rushes to the hospital but is hit by a bus, seriously injuring him and leading to Ted and Barney's reconciliation. He then realizes he is in love with Robin. Ted proposes to Stella after meeting in a Chuck E. Cheese-like funhouse.

When an anonymous murder confession is found in a modern art exhibit, the team re-investigates the fatal drug overdose of a sixteen-year-old cheerleader in 1997. The victim's friend sees her on the sports field.

The aftermath of the events in Tree Hill begins. Lucas returns to his everyday life and tries to rekindle his relationship with Peyton. However, things are rougher for Haley when she discovers that Nathan was more involved in her accident than she could have ever imagined. This episode is named after a song by Radiohead.

The Fishers hold a yard sale; David gives Arthur more responsibility. Nate warms up to a divorcee at Maya's Mommy and Me class.

The night of Dan and Deb's annual basketball appreciation party stirs up old wounds and new feelings. As Karen makes a new friend, Keith faces off with Dan once again and Lucas finally makes his move on Peyton. "A Homeless Polar Bear in London" This commercial begins on a graffiti-ed strip of land next to the river in London. From behind a concrete wall, the polar bear pokes it's head out, and starts walking through the area. It is obviously tired and sad at the garbage and pollution it sees everywhere. It stops to smell an overturned shopping cart covered in grime, then continues on across an empty set of soccer fields. It rummages through piles of garbage while a man just bring out another bag of garbage to put on top. It passes by garbage floating in the river, past a Shell gas station next to a busy highway, and stops for a minute to try to smell a fake fish being held by a statue of a fisherman. It then walks down the middle of a busy road, stopping to smell the exhaust from one of the cars as a little girl looks on emotionlessly. The white bear finally just leans up against a tree surrounded by litter and appears to die. While this ad has a great message, the "polar bear" in this ad is so obviously fake it really takes away from their point. It walks like it is a costume with two people inside bent over and wobbling back and forth to make it move. Narrated by Jude Law: As the arctic melts, the rush to exploit its resources is starting. Rock Dog ("Rock and Roll Tibetan Mastiff") is a 2016 computer-animated comedy film produced by Mandoo Pictures and Huayi Brothers. The film is directed by Ash Brannon, written by Brannon and Kurt Voelker, based on the Chinese graphic novel Tibetan Rock Dog by Zheng Jun. It stars the voices of Luke Wilson, Eddie Izzard, J. K. Simmons, Lewis Black, Kenan Thompson, Mae Whitman, Jorge Garcia, Matt Dillon and Sam Elliott. The film follows a young Tibetan Mastiff who leaves his home village in the mountains to become a rock musician in the big city after a radio falls from the sky.

The Program is a 2015 British-French-American biographical drama film about Lance Armstrong directed by Stephen Frears, starring Ben Foster as Armstrong and Chris O'Dowd as journalist David Walsh. The film is based on Walsh's book Seven Deadly Sins. Adam, a 27-year-old man who is otherwise in excellent health, is suddenly diagnosed with cancer. He breaks the news to his girlfriend, his best friend and his mother, who is also dealing with her husband who has Alzheimer's disease. Each deals with the news and subsequent treatment in different ways. In the middle of it all, Adam also seeks therapy from a young and inexperienced therapist, assigned to him by the hospital, and befriends several older, wisecracking chemotherapy patients.

A Scanner Darkly is a 2006 animated film directed by Richard Linklater based on the novel of the same name by Philip K. Dick. The film tells the story of identity and deception in a near-future dystopia constantly under intrusive high-technology police surveillance in the midst of a drug addiction epidemic.
