When Cleveland is diagnosed with high cholesterol, Donna puts him on a new high-fiber diet, which causes an intestinal backlash. Cleveland sees his doctor, who he hopes will be able to treat his uncontrollable flatulence. He is disappointed when the doctor tells him his farts are normal and are caused by the amount of fiber in his diet. In order to reduce Cleveland's embarrassment, the doctor gives him a "fart card" to help him bypass the social stigma. The card makes other characters more accepting of Cleveland's bad habit, even a police officer who backs off on arresting Cleveland after Cleveland flashes his fart card. Things take a turn for the better when Cleveland realizes his gas might score him a few points in the Broken Stool's karaoke contest. Everyone but Donna is impressed.

While watching a baseball game at Stoolbend Stadium, Cleveland sees Roberta kissing with Federline Jones. Cleveland tries to talk to Roberta about maintaining her virginity but while she admits she has et to do anything, makes it clear that it is none of his business. Following the advice f his friends, he takes the family to church to hear about maintaining purity. Cleveland Jr. gets carried away in the moment and pledges his purity to Cleveland's dismay. Cleveland takes Cleveland Jr. to a science-fiction convention to show him the horror of virginity for boys but they get carried away by the toys and fun. Next, Cleveland tries to enlist the aid of Federline Jones to teach Cleveland Jr. but the plan fails as well.Cleveland Jr. overhears Cleveland and his friends insulting him for keeping his vow of purity. He and his friend Ernie steal Lester's money for prostitutes and Kendra's mobility scooter and go to the Stoolbend Whorehouse. Cleveland and Lester figure out the plot and try to stop them. Cleveland decides its alright for Jr. to remain a virgin and they go to the church purity ball where Cleveland Jr. is a hit with the girls as the only boy there.

Liz, on a return trip from Chicago to get out of jury duty, ends up sitting next to Oprah Winfrey and spills her soul to her for advice. Meanwhile, Tracy and Jenna argue as they attempt to figure out whose life is harder, leading to a wacky "social experiment". Kenneth tests Jack's morality after an Olympics snafu.

Christine's former marriage counselor comes into the gym, leading to some awkward moments between the two women. When Christine mentions this to Richard, his cryptic reaction leads her to question whether it was in the counselor's best interest to encourage their divorce. Lester Freamon and Russell continue to study the docks' traffic using their cloned computer, and suspect irregularities in containers handled by "Horseface". They track a container back to the Greeks' warehouse. They watch the warehouse and see Sergei Malatov meeting with Proposition Joe. Stringer discusses a business deal with Proposition Joe to revitalize the Barksdale organization, but Avon turns it down flat. D'Angelo's funeral brings together the Barksdale Organization.

In Manhattan, Jade's mother tries to seduce David, but he refuses and tells her that he can make love only with Jade. In a chance meeting, Jade's father is hit and killed by a car after running into the street to chase after David. David tries to explain to Jade's family that this was an accident, but her brother Keith falsely accuses him of murder, and David is arrested by the police. Sent to prison, David seems doomed never to see his beloved again. Jade, though, comes to realize that no one will ever love her like David does and goes to him.
