With a Mac, iPhone or iPad you have the power to create thoughtful, emotional gifts and memories that transcend time. It could be a movie, a homemade card or a song that brings two generations closer together. A young girl finds an old recording on a vinyl record, dated December 4, 1952. The recording is a brief message followed by a song, from Valarie to Raymond. The girl is the granddaughter of the woman on the homemade recording. The girl sets to work making this solo record of her grandmother singing a love song to her grandfather, into a duet. She works on this piece of music, in secret, for a long time, practicing and perfecting it. Then on Christmas morning, her grandmother finds the gift on the kitchen table, with a note to listen to "A Duet" on the iPad setting on the table in front of her. The song, and the memories bring tears to the grandmother's eyes, all the while, the granddaughter is watching the moment unfold from the top of the stairs. "Apple - The Song" My darling Raymond, though you can't be here for the holidays, we'll always be together in my heart.
