The Way is a 2010 American drama film directed, produced and written by Emilio Estevez, starring his father Martin Sheen, Deborah Kara Unger, James Nesbitt, Yorick van Wageningen, and Estevez. The film honors the Camino de Santiago and promotes the traditional pilgrimage. Saying he did not want the film to appeal to only one demographic, Emilio Estevez called the film "pro-people, pro-life, not anti-anything".

Dastan is a street urchin in sixth-century Persia. After showing valor in battle, he is adopted by the king as his heir, so the king's two sons will not fight over the throne. He teams up with Princess Tamina to rescue the Sands of Time, a gift from the gods that controls time, from the hands of the villainous nobleman, Nizam.

The film is about Andy Sachs, a recent college graduate who goes to New York City and gets a job as a co-assistant to powerful and demanding fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly.

The final ten fellowship candidates compete ferociously against each other when House splits them into two teams by gender. They are assigned to diagnose and treat a wheelchair user with spinal muscular atrophy who is slowly suffocating. As the teams try to outdo the other, complications arise. Meanwhile, Foreman runs his own team at another hospital, and resorts to using a very "House-like" treatment to help a patient.

Christmas time at the office leads to depression for Michael, when his girlfriend Carol breaks up with him. Michael, Andy, Dwight, and Jim then go to a local Benihana's, where both Michael and Andy find dates with two of the restaurant's waitresses. Back at the office, an altercation with Angela on the Party Planning Committee leads Karen and Pam to create their own Christmas party. When the majority of the office decide to go to Karen and Pam's party, Angela becomes upset, and seeing this, Karen and Pam decide to combine the parties. Soon after, Michael and Andy's dates leave them, but Michael nevertheless finds someone to go to Jamaica with him.

Wanda Sykes warns Larry and Cheryl that there will be a terrorist attack in L.A. the weekend they will be holding an NRDC benefit with Alanis Morissette.
