Lip and Ian spend the night in jail on grand theft auto charges. Lip tries to take the blame so that it won't prevent Ian enlisting in the Marines. Fiona tries to locate Steve while waiting in the police station; Debbie hastily visits Steve/Jimmy's mother and tells her the truth; Frank tries to foolishly manipulate Karen to keep recent history a secret, which pushes her off the edge; Fiona tries to find out the truth of the stolen car from Ian, who also admit to being gay; Frank over and over narcissistically tries to justify his sleeping with Karen in front of the bar patrons, and tries to lecture to his audience, even going as far as using profanities about Ethel and Kev's relationship in front of Kev; Steve offers Tony the house he bought; while Karen is having depression, Lip visits her and in a passionate moment tells her that he loves her, which results in a breakup; Eddie finds out that Frank slept with Karen and goes in search of revenge, which makes Frank a homeless fugitive later, joined by Lip, which then turns into a violent showdown until Kev comes and stops Lip. Fiona has a difficult decision to make when Steve asks her to run away with him to Costa Rica. Frank tries to justify it about not having money and starts steering the conversation towards Sheila's money. Broken about past events, Eddie Jackson digs up a big ice fishing hole, ties a cement block to his feet, and jumps in the frozen lake; Lip and Karen make up; Fiona initially decides to go with Steve, but then changes her mind.

Amy Smart guest stars as a school-mother in Debbie's class whose take on friendship leaves Fiona a little confused. Steve's "business" finally leads Tony to investigate what he's up to. Lip and Ian go on a search for Ian's real dad. Karen finds an extreme way to pay Eddie back for embarrassing her at the Purity Ball. Frank's worker's compensation is terminated and he searches for a new job to get hurt at.

Frank stops drinking (for $3000), which pleases Carl and Debbie, but Lip doesn't believe Frank is capable of two sober weeks. Ian continues his relationship with Mickey. Fiona scrambles to find a better paying job, while Steve's past starts catching up with him. Lip tours the University of Chicago campus and is offered an interesting opportunity. Veronica and Kev's foster daughter is a little different than expected, having come from a Mormon polygamous sect.

Fiona, having dumped Steve, decides to date Tony, a local cop who has had feelings for her since childhood. A woman from the Office of the Inspector General knocks on the Gallagher door looking for Aunt Ginger, the owner of the family house, who has supposedly been living in a Wisconsin nursing home for 12 years.

Meanwhile, Derek treats an old friend; Alex and Jane Doe get closer; and Meredith has dinner with her father and step-mother.

The interns help Izzie keep Denny alive after she's cut his LVAD wire. Derek must perform surgery on Burke's shoulder and risk doing irreparable damage to the nerves. Cristina freezes in the O.R. during Burke's surgery. The chief discovers his niece's cancer has returned. Alex fights for Denny's heart at Mercy West, eventually offering Dr. Hahn the chance to scrub in at the surgery as Burke has been shot. Before surgery, Denny asks Izzie to marry him. However, after the heart has been inserted, it does not beat and back in Derek's OR, Burke still cannot move his fingers.

The team struggles to diagnose a teen suffering from spasms when severe burns following an accident make most of their usual diagnostic tests impossible. Meanwhile, House exacts revenge on a doctor who turned him in for cheating in medical school.

Vince discovers why his gorgeous neighbor Staci has been so friendly. Eric regrets the past when he has to get through yet another gate kept by Emily. Ari tries to blackmail Dana into getting a meeting with an important director. When Drama and Turtle curb their spending, Vince grows suspicious.

Robots is a 2005 American CGI-animated comedy film. In the beginning of the movie, Herb Copperbottom races through the streets because he is elated that he is going to be a father. He and his wife, Lydia Copperbottom, after 12 hours of "labor", finally manage to construct the baby. His name is Rodney Copperbottom, who becomes a young inventor who dreams of making the world a better place for everyone. Rodney idolizes Bigweld, the master inventor and owner of Bigweld Industries. Rodney has invented a gadget that will help his father clean the dishes at the restaurant. Rodney takes his invention to Robot City to see Bigweld and get a job as an inventor at his company. Instead, Rodney gets to see Ratchet, the new head of the company. Ratchet sees to it that Rodney is removed from the premises. Cappy, a beautiful robot-executive of the company takes an interest in Rodney, and wants to help him. In the slums of Robot City, some old robots known as the Rusties, led by a robot named Fender, befriend Rodney. Ratchet believes the company can make a bigger profit if it stops making spare parts for older robots. Non-working robots are picked up and sent to and melted down by Ratchet's mother, queen of the 'Chop-shop'. Rodney, who remembers Bigweld's 'See a need, fill a need', begins fixing old robots. When Ratchet's mother orders him to stop Rodney, the fireworks begin.

Among the characters are a mature couple about to renew their vows (Sean Connery and Gena Rowlands); a woman (Gillian Anderson) who accepts a date offer from a stranger (Jon Stewart); a gay man dying of AIDS (Jay Mohr) and his mother (Ellen Burstyn) who has struggled to accept him; two clubbers who meet in a nightclub (Ryan Phillippe and Angelina Jolie); a couple having an affair (Anthony Edwards and Madeleine Stowe) and a man (Dennis Quaid) who tells his tragic life story to a woman he meets in a bar (Patricia Clarkson), but seems to have a strange connection to another mysterious woman. As the film continues and the stories evolve, the connections between the characters become evident. Kellie Waymire, Nastassja Kinski, Alec Mapa, Amanda Peet and Michael Emerson also have roles in the film.
