While the Watergate scandal rivets Americans’ attention and forces President Nixon to resign, the Vietnamese continue to savage one another in a brutal civil war. When hundreds of thousands of North Vietnamese troops pour into the south, Saigon descends rapidly into chaos and collapses. For the next 40 years, Americans and Vietnamese from all sides search for healing and reconciliation.

With morale plummeting in Vietnam, President Nixon begins withdrawing American troops. As news breaks of an unthinkable massacre committed by American soldiers, the public debates the rectitude of the war, while an incursion into Cambodia reignites antiwar protests with tragic consequences.

Public support for the war declines, and American men of draft age face difficult decisions and wrenching moral choices. After police battle with demonstrators in the streets of Chicago, Richard Nixon wins the presidency, promising law and order at home and peace overseas. In Vietnam, the war goes on and soldiers on all sides witness terrible savagery and unflinching courage.

On the eve of the Tet holiday, North Vietnamese and Viet Cong forces launch surprise attacks on cities and military bases throughout the south, suffering devastating losses but casting grave doubt on Johnson's promise that there is "light at the end of the tunnel." The president decides not to run again and the country is staggered by assassinations and unrest.

American casualties and enemy body counts mount as Marines face deadly North Vietnamese ambushes and artillery south of the DMZ and Army units chase an elusive enemy in the central highlands. Hanoi lays plans for a massive surprise offensive, and the Johnson Administration reassures the American public that victory is in sight.

Defying American airpower, North Vietnamese troops and materiel stream down the Ho Chi Minh Trail into the south, while Saigon struggles to "pacify the countryside." As an antiwar movement builds back home, hundreds of thousands of soldiers and Marines discover that the war they are being asked to fight in Vietnam is nothing like their fathers' war.

With South Vietnam in chaos, hardliners in Hanoi seize the initiative and send combat troops to the south, accelerating the insurgency. Fearing Saigon’s collapse, President Johnson escalates America’s military commitment, authorizing sustained bombing of the north and deploying ground troops in the south.

As a communist insurgency gains strength, JFK wrestles with US involvement in Vietnam.

After a century of French occupation, Vietnam emerges independent but divided.

As Deanna and her family mourn Aiden's death, Deanna reviews a video of Nicholas recounting the events of the ill-fated supply run, blaming Glenn and Noah; Glenn tells the true facts about the run to Rick. Meanwhile, the remaining group members try to deal with their own issues. Sasha leaves her post in the bell tower to hunt walkers outside the walls, leading Michonne and Rosita to go out and retrieve her. While looking for more survivors to recruit, Daryl and Aaron come across dismembered limbs and the corpse of a woman who had been tied to a tree and disemboweled by walkers. They discover a "W" carved into her forehead. Carl continues to follow Enid, and the two begin to bond over their shared experiences as survivors from outside the walls. Glenn confronts Nicholas and warns him never to set foot outside the walls again, prompting Nicholas to retrieve a hidden gun, which turns out to be the same one Rick had previously stashed away and lost. Carol talks with Sam and manages to obtain more evidence of Pete's abuse, which she relays to Rick. Angered, Rick approaches Deanna, who reveals she knows about Pete's abusive behavior but turns a blind eye since he is the town surgeon, and his skills are valuable. Deanna turns down Rick's plans to either separate Pete from Jessie or execute him, and assures him that she will exile Pete if things get out of hand. Rick then approaches Jessie privately, promising her that he can protect her from Pete. Jessie reluctantly agrees just as Pete walks in. Rick and Pete get into an argument that quickly escalates into a physical brawl, attracting the attention of the entire town. Rick is able to subdue Pete and draws his gun on the onlookers. He ignores Deanna's orders to stand down, and rants about how Deanna's leadership is weak and Alexandria's residents have grown too complacent to survive against the dangers of the outside world. Suddenly, Michonne arrives and knocks Rick out as he is ranting.

A "date and tell" policy is instated at Seattle Grace after the nurses object to Mark's trysts, Cristina has to face her feelings for Burke and Meredith and Derek admit a gay veteran soldier into their clinical trial.

Keith gets violent with Dan after learning that he paid Jules to fall in love with Keith. Anna turns Felix in to the school authorities after learning that he was the one who vandalized Peyton's locker. Lucas and Brooke discuss Brooke's possible move. Meanwhile, Nathan visits Haley in the hope of bringing her home. Brooke decides to move in with Karen. This episode is named after a song by Nine Inch Nails.

Dave Skylark (James Franco), host of a talk show, and producer, Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen), get an interview with Kim Jong-Un, dictator of North Korea. The CIA asks them to kill Kim. They become the least qualified men to ever assassinate.

The film is set in the medieval village of Daggerhorn, where a young woman named Valerie plans to run away with her woodcutter lover, an outsider named Peter, in order to avoid marriage with Henry Lazar, with whom her parents have arranged to marry, so that they can repay their debts to Henry's wealthy father. Their plan to run off with each other is forestalled when Valerie's older sister is found slaughtered by the mysterious werewolf that has been terrorizing their village for years. The people of Daggerhorn have maintained an uneasy truce with the beast, offering the creature a monthly animal sacrifice. But under a blood-red moon, the werewolf has upped the stakes by taking a human life. Hungry for revenge, the people summon a famed Witchfinder General, Father Solomon, to help them track down and kill the beast. But Solomon’s arrival brings unintended consequences, as he warns that the werewolf, who takes human form by day, could be any one of them.
