A newlywed man who believes he's just gotten hitched to the perfect woman encounters another lady on his honeymoon.

Wyatt Trips, is a college student at Twin Cities College. He believes that his long-distance girlfriend, Kimberly Jasney, is not being faithful to him. As a result of this he goes to a strip club where he gets intoxicated and decides to send a letter to his girlfriend. With the letter he includes a picture of himself and a topless stripper. Wyatt soon discovers that his girlfriend was not, in fact, cheating on him, and that he has twenty-four hours to retrieve the package before it gets to his girlfriend. Wyatt and Ivy,the stripper, go on a road trip in hopes of getting the package back, but encounter many obstacles along the way, including a psychotic deliveryman.

J.D. and Danni hook up, prompting Dr. Cox to reveal to Danni that J.D. slept with Jordan. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox and J.D. deal with an extremely annoying patient, Jill Tracy, and almost miss something extremely important because they spend so little time with their patients (an average of 15 seconds, according to J.D.). Dr. Kelso goes temporarily deaf after using cheap stethoscopes, and Carla's medical advice to Elliot provokes tension between them.
