"Pepsi NEXT Super Bowl Commercial 2013 - Party" This Super Bowl XLVII commercial shows two guys having a huge party while their parents are away. There is loud music, a guy in a horse/unicorn head mask, people dancing in foam, and a guy in a Mexican wrestler mask sledding down the stairs. The parents come home to this mess and one guy recognizes them in the crowd and jumps through a (closed) window to get away. The kid tries to get out of trouble by saying they are just drinking Pepsi Next (and not beer/alcohol). While the parents taste this low sugar cola drink, we see a guy duct taped to the ceiling and a boy dumping a gallon of milk on his head. When the dad yells, the party stops momentarily, but he's just excited that Pepsi Next has 60% less sugar and still tastes good. What we'd like to know is what's going on in the blurred scene right before the kid picks up the cans of Pepsi Next for his parents. Kid: Uhhh, parents! Mom: Brandon! What is going on here? Son: Uh, we're just drinking Pepsi NEXT. It has real cola taste and 60% less sugar. Dad: Are you kidding me? This has sixty percent less sugar? HOLD ON! Son: Oh f**k. Dad: This is real cola taste. The commercial begins with a woman, sitting on the floor with her baby, using a video camera to capture the baby's every move. Her husband comes through the front door, carrying an armload of the New Pepsi Next, excited to tell his wife about the real cola taste with 60% less sugar. The woman is doubtful of his claims, and gets up to have a taste herself. While the adults are going on and on about the new Pepsi, their baby is in the background, standing, walking, dancing. His parents are too busy talking about their new beverage, filming the Pepsi and missing out on the incredible tricks their child is performing behind them. Smile for mommy. Honey! "Pepsi NEXT Super Bowl 2013 Commercial Teaser - Party Shopping" This Super Bowl XLVII ad teaser shows a group of kids buying supplied for a party. They are in the express aisle of the grocery store, get have at least 3 shopping carts full of stuff. As they are having their items scanned, they ask the checkout girl several questions which give us hints on how huge this part is going to be. They whole time, the people in line are getting angry about the long wait. At the end, they invite the check-out girl to the party and she leaves all the other customers in line without anyone to pay, but the kids throw a bunch of fliers inviting everyone to the party. Angry Man: What is going on up there? Kid 1: Sorry to hold the line up. We just have a few questions about some of this stuff. Checkout Girl: Sure, no problem. Kid 1: Hypothetically speaking, if some of these chips got into a non-violent, but very large guacamole fight, would they hold in structure and taste? Checkout Girl: I believe so. Kid 1: Great. Checkout Girl: This might take a while. Angry Man: Come on! Kid 3: Are these peanuts suitable for both humans and elephants? Kid 2: Circus elephants. Checkout Girl: I think so.
