The commercial begins with an alarm clock that reads 6:59. When the clock changes to 7:00 the alarm goes off and a woman, who turns out to be just part of the arm of a person who is made up of many people, reaches out to shut off the alarm. The "person" who is made up of many people, opens the curtains to see a sunny morning. The "person" spreads toothpaste on a toothbrush, with it's "hands" being comprised of individual people. The "person" goes through the closet, picking out clothes to wear for the day. The "person" walks down the stairs, into the kitchen for breakfast and to read the newspaper.
