The music in the commercial is the Ukranian Bell Carol, with the lyrics changed to fit the Garmin devices advertised.
A couple is driving in a blue convertible on a scary sketchy road, trying to use a cell phone as a gps device. The cell phone is loading too slow and the couple finds themselves driving toward a blocked off road. A man with a white beard rides up next to the convertible on a red motorcycle, handing the driver a Garmin Nuvi. The man with the goatee is now in red shorts, a white tank top and a red and white headband, clapping and cheering on a woman who is running in a race. As the woman paces mile 10, she checks the Garmin device on her wrist. She reaches the finish line, the finish clock reading 1:50:04. A man in a fishing boat is frustrated as he pulls up a boot on the end of his line. The man with the goatee pops out of the water, handing him a Garmin to help him locate where the fish are to be caught. A singing bass is sticking out of the water, joining in on the Garmin song. Scary sketchy road, phone loading slow, incoming call, can't see the wall. Man with goatee, gives a nuvi, talk while it guides, take it all in stride. Train for big race, Garmin keeps the pace, Heart rate doing fine, lunging at the line. Need to find fish, one tasty fish, Garmin shows you where, singing bass right there.
