Bristol Cove has been known for being home to mermaids for many centuries. Things start to go downhill with the arrival of a strange young girl named Ryn - who is secretly a mermaid in search of revenge. Ryn receives the aid of marine biologist Ben Pownall and his girlfriend Maddie Bishop to find her sister who had been caught unintentionally by fishermen on the North Star boat, which was captured by the military.
