Set in late-1970s Syosset, Long Island, Lymelife follows two families who crumble when tangled relationships, real estate problems and Lyme disease converge in the heart of suburbia.

The film follows a reporter, Bob Wilton, who stumbles into the story of a lifetime when he meets a special forces operator, Lyn Cassady. As they embark on a new mission, Lyn reveals his twenty-year involvement in this top secret, psychic military unit and shares details of their activities, each more bizarre than the last (including staring at goats in order to stop their hearts psychokinetically).

Detective Lilly Rush from Philadelphia Homicide reopens a 1976 murder case involving two wealthy families when the former housekeeper, who is dying of cancer, comes forward claiming to have witnessed the murder.

J.D. is set up on a blind date with a patient's niece and tries to take Elliot's advice to avoid scaring her off. Meanwhile, Turk joins the hospital air-band, but when he steps on Dr. Kelso's toes he has to learn to swallow his pride. Dr. Cox worries about being an unsatisfactory father.

Some two months after battling the walkers in Alexandria, Rick and Daryl head out for a supply run and encounter a smooth-talking man known as Jesus; they bring him back to Alexandria as prisoner after a tussle. Meanwhile, Michonne follows Spencer into the woods and, with anonymous help from Carl, aids him in dispatching and burying the walker that once was his mother, Deanna. That night, Rick and Michonne have sex, and are later awoken by Jesus who wants to talk.

Reporter Scott Templeton submits an unverifiable story about a boy attending the opening day of the Baltimore Orioles baseball season. Haynes is dubious but is forced to run the story by his senior editors. The withdrawal of the police investigation emboldens Marlo Stanfield and he orders several murders and tries to contact international drug trafficking organization "The Greeks". Detective Lester Freamon continues to observe Stanfield even though he has been assigned to the Clay Davis corruption case. Bubbles takes a job at a soup kitchen. McNulty becomes increasingly frustrated in the underfunded homicide unit and takes the drastic step of faking a homicide with the intention of drawing funds to the department by creating the illusion of a serial killer.
