The news team fake a live broadcast of the FBI raid to persuade them to stand down, which works. Charlie is informed by Leona and Reese that in order to keep the company unning, they will need to sell ACN to Lucas Pruit (B. J. Novak), a libertarian billionaire. Don meets with the new HR rep, Wyatt (Keith Powell), who believes Don and Sloan are in a relationship. Maggie's segment on the EPA report goes on the air with Will interviewing Richard, however, the interview does not go well as Richard continually remarks that the effect on climate is unchangeable. Will, Mac, Charlie, and Rebecca meet with the Attorney General's representative in Washington to discuss Neal's situation, but Will does not offer up any information. At the White House Correspondents' Dinner, Charlie meets with Lucas to discuss buying the network. At the dinner, Mac is approached by a woman named Lily (Clea DuVall) who confirms that she is Neal's source. Later at the dinner, Will is subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury. Takes place between April 20 and April 27, 2013.
