Everyone is questioned at the Police Station following Tyler's murder. Daniel has become the main suspect, and is becoming suspicious of Emily. Emily and Nolan find out Jack never left the Hamptons and he is looking for Amanda. Declan suspects Jack was the hooded figure on the beach. The Graysons hire lawyer Benjamin Brooks to defend Daniel. Daniel is arrested, refused bail and sent to jail. Victoria asks Emily to stand by Daniel's side. Ashley becomes the Graysons' spokesperson to the media, however she is trying to increase her career as she leaks photos of Daniel covered in blood to the media. It is revealed that Satoshi Takeda watched Daniel and Tyler on the beach, and he is the one who killed Tyler.
