"John Lewis Christmas Advert 2012 - The Journey" This commercial shows a little boy and girl building two snowmen (actually a snowman and a snowwoman). The kid's parents call them inside for the night because it's getting dark. The snowmen star at each other and get smiles on their faces. In the morning when the little girl looks out her window, the man snowman is gone, and the woman looks sad. The other snowman is walking down a country road and through a flock of sheep. Next he continues through the snowy woods and a windy field. He stops at a river where a bird lands on his stick arm and sings. Get gets a determined look on his face and somehow crosses the river, but next he comes to a mountain. Just as he has completed all the other challenges, he makes it to the top of the mountain and sees a town in the distance. He makes it past the highways and the crowds of people in the city even though he's scared. He finally reaches his destination, and the next morning he is back home with his snow girlfriend. There is an open Christmas wrapping, and the girl has new gloves on her stick arms and a new hat a scarf... and of course, a big smile on her face.
