We're bringing indie pop duo, Capital Cities, to New York on Thursday May 8h when we fill Liberty Island for a night of Great Whiskey and Live Music. The Statue of Liberty arrived from France in 300 pieces and, once assembled, was the tallest standing statue in the world. "Jack Daniel's Barrel Tree" This commercial shows people at the Jack Daniel's distillery rolling wooden barrels around, loading them into trucks, and stacking them up. Next we see people putting up lights and garland, and that night we finally see what they've been working on. Someone flips a power switch, and the gigantic "barrel tree" they have been building is light up light a giant Christmas tree. It's not what's under the tree that matters. It's who's around it. "Jack Daniel's: The Keeper" This commercial shows a bunch of bee keepers working in their white protective suits. They are carrying the white boxes that commercial bee hives are kept in so they can collect their honey, and using their smoke pots to keep the bees docile. From out of a barn comes a man wearing a black beekeeper's suit as blues guitar music begins to play. He walks over to a black box while all the other bee keepers just stand back to show respect. He is the special caretaker for the "king bees" that make the honey for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey Whiskey. This commercial begins with a close-up shot of an ant on a flower. Suddenly, a gigantic bee flies up from behind. The honey bee is wearing a striped motorcycle helmet and riding goggles, and is black and white. He is flying at night, but a spotlight is following him around. As he flies away from the flower, he zips past a curled up fern which unravels. He continues flying through fluffy dandelions making them explode, and then smashes through a large tree branch with just as much ease. He finally buzzes up to a bottle of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and smashes through the label causing it, and the liquid inside, to turn into the new Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey.
