"Shock Top Super Bowl Commercial Spot 2016 Greatest Super Bowl Ad of All Time" Shock Top Super Bowl 2016 Commercial Greatest Super Bowl Ad of All Time. In this Super Bowl 50 teaser, actor T.J. Miller introduces himself as a man who has permeated popular culture via his presence in TV, film and advertising. He says that anybody who hasn't heard of him must live in reclusive North Dakotan shack. Miller is in Los Angeles shooting "an unfiltered commercial for an unfiltered beer," Shock Top. He asserts that his commercial will not fall in line with standard Super Bowl fare, but will, in fact, be the greatest Super Bowl ad of all time. Miller prepares his audience to "laugh out when my draught's out." An orange slice atop the Shock Top White Belgian tap next to Miller asks him what that means. After a minor freak-out, Miller clarifies that it's a play on an obscene phrase, and the orange slice finally gets it. After a prolonged pause, Miller name drops himself and holds up his Shock Top glass. He asks whether he should drop it like a mike and proceeds to do so. Laughter can be heard from off-screen. Hi. I'm me. If you don't know who I am, then I don't know what's wrong with you. I've permeated American culture, really global culture, so intrusively through voiceover, television, film, and advertising that, I mean, you must really live in a reclusive strange shack somewhere in North Dakota. But if you do, you know it's pretty cool I'm here in Los Angeles shooting an unfiltered commercial for an unfiltered beer. The unfiltered beer? Shock Top. The unfiltered commercial is for the Super Bowl. It's not just gonna be some cool Super Bowl commercial, "that was pretty funny." It's gonna be the greatest Super Bowl commercial of all time. Do you understand? Of all time. So save a trip to the bathroom for one of those sappy insurance ads that goes nowhere but still kind of makes you cry and you don't know why. And get ready to laugh out when my draught's out. Your what? Oh God. GOD! It doesn't get any less alarming every time that it happens. You can't imagine how creepy it is talking to him. You just said your draft's out. What does that even mean? No, my drought's out. It's a play on... well, you know what it's a play on. Oh, I got it now. Oh, wow. Shock Top. Draught's out. T.J. Miller. Am I really supposed to drop it like a mic? NFL Super Bowl 50
