If I set out to do it, I'm gonna complete it and I'm gonna do it. Always keep moving forward. Every single round was tough. So the elevation had to be the hardest part. I couldn't breathe, and then it feels like there's a person that just stuck their hand into your chest and squeezed your lungs, and then said, Yeah, go ahead, keep running. That's exactly what it felt like. But I never wanted to stop. I had to go back to those days of like, this is between me and getting it done. It takes heart to be a runner. Just changing my mindset from how I, you know, my motto in life, always keep moving forward, and just applying that from running into everyday life.
