This commercial shows a young guy (Reid Ewing, known for his portrayal of "Dylan" on Modern Family) shopping in a thrift store. He finds a yellow vintage T-shirt with the 1980's Wendy's slogan, "Where's the Beef?" written on it. He puts it on immediately after buying and and as he's walking around, everyone asks him the infamous question written on his shirt. After a while, he starts turning toward people to get them to say it. Men, women, children, people walking, people driving - everyone he passes asks him, "Where's the Beef?"
