Plot / Description

"John Lewis Christmas Ad 2017 - #MozTheMonster" A boy falls asleep reading a book, but is soon woken up by the sound of snoring coming from under his bed. On each snore, his toys get blown out or sucked in from the bed. He looks under and sees a big-nosed monster. At first he is scared, but after the creature has been around for a few days, the boy just gets annoyed by the loud snoring that keeps him up at night. Eventually, they meet and become friends though. Then comes a new problem... They stay up playing every night, and the boy isn't getting any sleep for a new reason. He falls asleep during the day at the barber, at football (soccer) practice, and even while writing his wish-list to Santa Claus. Finally, he's even to tired to play a night and the monster puts him to bed. Christmas arrives, and there is an unusual present under the tree for the boy. It is wrapped in wrinkled brown paper, rope, and duct tape. It is a nightlight that casts stars all around the room. When the light is on, the monster disappears, but when it gets turned off, we can hear that it comes back. ----- Joe befriends a noisy Monster under his bed but the two have so much fun together that he can't get to sleep, leaving him tired by day. For Christmas Joe receives a gift to help him finally get a good night’s sleep. Cast: Joe: Ethan & Tobias, twins aged 7 Sister: Olivia aged 11 Mum: Mia Austen Dad: Kevin Mathurin
