This Super Bowl ad starts with two guys (one of them being Sean Hayes) at a laundromat. A sexy young brunette (Ali Landry) walks in, and they try to show off by throwing and bouncing Doritos 3D snacks into the air and catching them in their mouths. The girls sees this, walks over grabs the bag of chips and dumps them into a dryer. She then turns it on and walks away. The dryer starts to make noise and the Doritos fly out. She catches them in her mouth too, even doing splits and flips. Introducing Doritos 3Ds. A whole new shape that begs to be eaten - in very loud ways. I-che-wa-wa. "DORITOS FINGER CLEANER - 2014 CRASH THE SUPER BOWL" This ad was a semi-finalist in the 2014 Doritos Crash the Super Bowl contest. The advertisement begins with several men working in a mechanic shop. One of the men, Billy, is eating Doritos and wiping his cheesy hands on his light colored overalls leaving orange stains. One of the men tells this guy to use the finger cleaner on the wall which only works for Doritos. The finger cleaner is just a hole in the wall. On the other side is just an office worker who licks the delicious cheese powder off your finger when it appears - a finger glory hole. Billy, use the cleaner. Oh. Touchdown. These guys have a problem with Doritos. Two men are standing on a sidewalk, stomping on and beating something on the ground with baseball bats. A woman comes running up, ready to jump in and stop the beating. The two men are smashing a bag of Doritos. The woman wants to know why they hate Doritos so much. They explain that they don't hate Doritos, but in fact love them. Their problem? They have mouths that are tiny, so they have to smash the Doritos in order to be able to eat them. This commercial begins with a man doing some yard work and landscaping at his house. Nearby, a dog is burying some red pet tags from a collar. The man sees this and recognizes the tags from a "Missing Cat" poster that has been hung in his neighborhood. Out of nowhere, the dog is eye to eye with the man with a serious look on his face. The dog slowly slides a bag of Doritos over to the man with a Post-It note attached to it that says, "You didnt see nuthin". The man smiles at his bribe and gives a knowing nod. Knowing that he got away with it once, the dog takes out the man's family cat too, and holds another bag of Doritos as "hush money". Honey, have you seen our cat? Nope. The commercial begins with a girl waving down a taxi. When she gets in she starts to eat some Late Night Cheeseburger Doritos. With each bite, things turn from day to night. First it's a building that lights up, then the hot dog stand turns into a DJ spinning records like at a club. Another bite changes an old car into a cool fixed-up car and the people inside start making out. Then the entire city turns to nighttime as the taxi drives past. As the cab arrives at her destination, she licks off her finger and steps out all dressed for the club. Get what you crave.
