The commercial begins with a lawnmower, cutting the green grass. The scent of freshly cut grass wafts through the air, sweeping into the open bedroom window where a man is in bed sleeping. As the green scent of fresh grass reaches the man in bed, he is lifted out of the bed, floating out the bedroom window where he gets started working on his own lawn. Next door is a woman, floating through the air, holding a garden hose, ready to do yardwork of her own. Soon the entire neighborhood is outside, mowing lawns, planting flowers, preparing their yards for spring time. "Coloring Book" This commercial shows a woman walking into a house where the interior is covered in white paper from floor to ceiling. She has a black marker with her and starts to draw on the wall. Her rough draft sketch of a curtain rod turns into a real curtain rod and new curtains unroll from it. She pulls the curtains open and behind them is a new window that wasn't there before. Next she starts to draw a line along the hallway and wainscoting and fresh paint appears as the paper rolls away. In the bathroom, her husband is drawing things of his own and she comes in to help and sinks and shelves appear. The man draws in a staircase and the women follows down the new stairs "hanging" pictures by drawing them making them appear. With their newly remodeled house, the woman sits down to relax on the couch and look through an electronic version of the Lowe's Creative Ideas Magazine on her touchscreen tablet computer (iPad). This commercial for MyLowe's features a cuckoo clock, hanging on a wall. "Exploded" This commercial shows a couple coming home and unlocking the door. As the latch turns, all the individual pieces pull apart like in the diagram would show them in the instructions. One of them switches on a light, and the light switch disassembles and explodes out similarly. As they continue walking into the house, all the lamps and light fixtures come apart. Next is the thermostat (as seen through a fishbowl), the stove and oven, the kitchen cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and even the lawnmower out in the driveway. Next it gets more in depth and other parts of the house start coming apart like the wood trim, interior doors, drywall, and even the wall studs, joists, windows, and the whole house.
