"Ahab" This commercial begins with an old tow truck in a snow covered landscape. He stops to pull someone out of a snowy ditch, and the old truck driver narrates the commercial in the background. He begins talking about the one car he's never "hooked" - the Audi Quattro. He stops on the side of the road and tastes the snow as if he's tracking an animal. I've been out there most of my life. "Oomph" This commercial for the compact Audi A1 shows us visually that even though it is a small car, it has big features. The interior features of the car are shown to be hugely powerful and bigger than life. The audio system is shown to be twice as tall a a guitarist testing it out. After turning up the volume on his guitar, he starts playing which causes a pile of styrofoam balls to fly around like they are in a wind storm. The giant headlights are show lighting up a room full of rabbits, and the dashboard entertainment / information center is seen as big as a movie theater with its own audience. The screen shows Google Earth-like GPS navigation. Someone is shown being held up with parachutes because of the powerful heating/air conditioning vents, and a chair is shown getting blown over by a fan.
