"Mayhem: Neglected Wipers"
Mayhem (played by Dean Winters) is back in another Allstate commercial. This time, mayhem represents your worn out windshield wiper blades. You can turn them on at any speed, but they don't clear away the water so you can't see while driving in the rain. The driver finally crashes into some construction barrels causing "Mayhem" to fly off his hood.
