Description

The commercial begins with a pickup truck pulling to a curb of a fancy hotel. Country music is playing from the beat up truck, with a red chair from the show 'The Voice' in the bed of the truck. When the truck comes to a stop, it backfires, sending a puff of black smoke in the air. Waiting at the curb, is Shakira and Usher. Blake Shelton is driving the truck, with Adam Levine in the passenger seat. Shakira and Usher walk to the truck, where Adam tells them that they have to sit in the back, because he's riding shotgun. With all four judges riding along, they begin to fight over what to listen to on the radio - each of them wanting a different station with very different styles of music. Blake finally turns the radio to a station that is playing 'Total Eclipse of the Heart', and it is obvious that all four singers like the song, even though no one wants to admit it. As the truck travels along, all four judges on 'The Voice' are singing along with the music. The truck comes to a red light, and another car pulls alongside them. In the other car is Carson Daly, host of 'The Voice'. The four judges are still singing, when they look over and realize that Carson is next to them. They seem embarrassed, and stop singing long enough to wave at Carson, who drives away when the light turns green. The ad is promoting the premiere of Season 4 of the reality singing show, 'The Voice', beginning March 25, 2013 on NBC.

Whoo hoo!
Nice truck guys. Did you just get it washed?
Uh, I still get shotgun, so you guys get in the back.
Sorry man, I gotta give my ears a rest.
Wait, wait. How 'bout this?
No, no, no, no. I know the station. Hold on. Yeah.
Oh, come on!
No guys.
Listen, listen.
I got it, I got it.
Guys, guys, guys! Come on!
Talk about corny.
I mean, you can change it if you want to.
I'll change it, if you want me to change it I will.
Hey, if you want to
It's your radio
It's up to you, I don't know.
Usher and Shakira join Blake and Adam for season 4 this spring on NBC.

(Lyrics)
Turn around
Every now and then I get a little bit lonely and you're never coming round
Turn around
Together we can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time (all of the time)
I don't know what to do I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks
I really need you tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight
