Plot / Description
This ad for Coca-Cola shows real people who do kind things for strangers. The commercial begins with a man on the street, trying to hail a cab. A taxi is pulling to the curb, but another man runs to the street in front of the man who has been waiting, and takes the taxi. The man, still with his hand in the air, to hail the cab, receives a high five from Natalia Anderson, who is riding her bicycle. A woman is stopped at a toll booth. She has a conversation with the toll collector, gesturing to the car behind her. Candice Hatting, the driver, pays the toll for the vehicle behind her, who shows appreciation by flashing their headlights and honking the horn. Juliana Pars is in a hospital, handing out gifts and balloons to patients who are happy to receive gifts. Juliana is giving away the birthday presents that were given to her. A young boy, Jack Randall, sits on a park bench with an elderly man, holding up a newspaper with a headline "Paperboy Jack saves pensioner from fire in house". This young boy of 14 rescued the older gentleman from his burning house. An unknown person is walking down the street, into the sunlight, handing out envelopes containing $1000 to very surprised and extremely grateful strangers. in the cover of darkness, a group of people run through the city streets, carrying a potted tree. Lea Du Plessis plants trees throughout her city, leaving tags on the beautiful trees that read "With Love, Secret Gardener". A man stands on a sidewalk footbridge, throwing a weighted rope over the top of the red steel support beams. Jeff Waldman hangs swings all of the city, for people of all ages and walks of life to take a break swing, feeling like kids again, even if just for a few moments. Jeremy Gilley is giving a speech, he is a man who wants to stop war for one day. He is speaking with a group of children, who then begin to sing, a cappella, the song Give a Little Bit.
