"HSBC Lemonade TV Ad: Hong Kong Dollars"
This commercial shows a little girl setting up a lemonade stand in her front yard. Her dad is inside doing all the real work, making the lemonade from freshly squeezed lemons. The girl makes a sign, puts a tablecloth on the table, and gets the straws ready and then patiently waits for customers. Up the street comes a Chinese woman and her young son. The little girl tells them that lemonade is 50 cents per glass. The woman open her wallet and all she has is foreign currency. The girl says that they accept Hong Kong dollars too. After all the dad's hard work, he grabs a glass of lemonade and the daughter makes him pay for it. At the end, a bus full of tourists stops by and the dad has to get inside to made a huge pitcher of the tasty drink.

Lemonade 50 cents. I take Hong Kong dollars.
At HSBC, we believe that in the future that even the smallest business will be multinational.
Thank heaven for little girls
For little girls get bigger every day
Thank heaven for little girls
They grow up in the most delightful way
Thank heaven for them all
No matter where, no matter who
Without them what would little boys do?
Thank heaven
Thank heaven
