Betrayal

The series focuses on Sara Hanley, a beautiful photographer, who begins an affair with Jack McAllister, a lawyer for a powerful family. Both married to other people, Jack and Sara find themselves drawn to one another. The premise also revolves around a murder trial, which involves both of them on separate sides which makes things even more complicated.

With help from her new ally Nolan, Emily begins to slowly destroy the life of Tom Kingsley (Yancey Arias) the prosecutor, now a state senator, who helped put her father behind bars. Meanwhile, Victoria's secret sorrow for her lost true love, as well as the past, learns more about Emily and her suspicions rise even greater. Also, Daniel cannot resist Emily and they go on another date which doesn't go as planned when he's confronted by the brother of his ex-girlfriend that was involved in his car accident.

The episode begins with Tara taping herself again, stating that she can actually picture her alters. Dr. Ocean tells Tara to switch to another more experienced DID threapist, leading to Gimme's first daylight appearance at Charmaine's day spa, followed by T. Kate finds difficulty dealing with her boss at work, who seems a little too obsessed with her. Jason walks over to Marshall's house, and says he is having a good time with him. The definition of their relationship is unclear. T and a very embarrassed Charmaine come home. Later, Marshall walks in on Jason and T making out in the shed. Devastated and angry, he later burns down the shed in revenge, and is angry not at T, but at Tara.

Dismas Hardy agrees to take an appeal to overturn the murder conviction of National Guard reservist Evan Scholler. Scholler had plenty of reasons for revenge-but as Dismas delves into the case, he begins to uncover a terrible truth that drops him right into the complicated world of government conspiracy, assassination, and betrayal...

After Michael learns that Percy has ordered Division to kill anyone who could decrypt the black boxes, he sends Nikita in to save the last person on the list: a CIA cryptographer named Malcolm Mitchell. Nikita saves Malcolm from Division assassins and takes him to Ryan for protection. Meanwhile, Percy learns Alex is the mole. Later, Percy shows Alex visual and audio evidence that it was Nikita who killed her father. Nikita asks Michael to check on her; when Percy orders him to kill Alex, Michael turns the gun on him, but is stunned when he tries to fire it. Percy reveals that he is several steps ahead of them, even allowing Nikita to have te small victories to ambush her in the end. Percy allows the release Alex to apprehend Nikita, but will be monitored in case she deviates from the plan. When Alex meets Nikita, Alex asks her if she killed her dad. When Nikita does not answer the question, Alex shoots her.
