Cleveland Jr. is in need of a job, and after failed interviews with a slaughterhouse and a obsolescent newspaper company, it is revealed he is proficient with cleaning up after the customers in the local bar, The Stool. He is given a job of a bar tender, as well as helps the bar owner with improving his business and making drastic changes to the bar's atmosphere.
Cleveland finds that the changes of the bar negatively affects him and his friends, so he proceeds to get Cleveland Jr. fired from the bar for being too young to work in. His son is quick to find that it was his father who made the call, and begins gaslighting as an act of revenge he sabotages his clothes, replaces the beers with nonalcoholic substitutes, and shaves his father's mustache. In the end, Cleveland is impressed by his son's schemes, and both forgive each other.
Meanwhile, Roberta is feuding with Lacey, a wealthy rival. In order to become more popular than Lacey, Roberta enlists the aid of Rallo to pose as an adopted child.
