Description

Tim, Doug and Carrie's annoying next door neighbor, manages to sucker Doug into selling water filters. Carrie finds out that Doug has "invested" a large amount of money into this pyramid scheme, and she is angry. Doug sticks by his decision to become a licensed seller of the water filters and assures her that he will make his money back. He tries to recruit his friends, but the only person he can convince to join him is Arthur, but he has to spot him the initial sign up fee, so he is out even more money than when he started.
